One hand
for survey, planning, production and installation

Global Fenster was founded in Dortmund in 2020 with a clear ambition: not simply to sell windows, doors and sliding solutions, but to guide the entire process reliably from a single source – from the first plan to professional installation.

Our experience shows: the quality of a window is not decided in production alone. The survey, the technical planning and the preparation of a project already lay the essential groundwork. An inaccurate measurement, a planning error or uncoordinated installation can compromise even premium products.

This is exactly where our concept begins.

Production with in-house manufacturing expertise

Since our founding we have worked closely with our production site Global Window Sp. z o. o. in Świebodzin, western Poland, where high-quality PVC and aluminium windows, doors and sliding and lift-and-slide systems have been manufactured for many years.

The direct link between planning and production lets us ensure that the ordered elements are made on the basis of our own surveys and technical specifications. Our projects stay tightly connected from the first plan to delivery.

From planning to installation – from a single source

Our responsibility does not end when the windows leave the factory.

From our base in Dortmund-Aplerbeck we now handle projects throughout Germany – in private housing as well as commercial and larger construction projects.

Several teams work hand in hand: our project team provides the consultation and the on-site survey. Technical planning and drawings are produced within our team. The elements are then manufactured to our specifications and installed professionally on site by our own installation crews.

The result is one continuous process:

  1. Survey
  2. Planning
  3. Production
  4. Delivery
  5. Installation

Without unnecessary hand-offs and without information getting lost between different companies.

One contact. One process. One responsibility.

For our customers this means one thing above all: clear responsibilities.

The data from the survey flows straight into the planning. The planning is the basis for production. And the finished elements are installed on site by our own team.

We are convinced that premium windows need more than a good product. They need precise planning, reliable processes and professional installation.

That is what Global Fenster has stood for since 2020.

Global Fenster – quality that runs through the entire process.

From the first idea to the fully installed window, we support our customers with a standard that connects every stage:

  • 01Planningwith precision.
  • 02Productionwith quality.
  • 03Installationwith responsibility.

How we work

From the first measurement to the final check.

Four steps, each planned and transparent. From survey to handover the same team, the same care.

Step 01: Survey

Every project starts on site.

Our team visits the building, measures the existing openings and reviews with you the façade orientation, thermal and acoustic requirements and your expectations for security and ventilation. From day one we define the system that suits the architecture and your daily life.

  • On-site survey and photo documentation
  • Analysis of insulation, security and comfort
  • Initial recommendation and budget range as needed

Step 02: Planning

Measurements become technical drawings.

We present the survey data as alternatives with profile series, glass combination, opening type and hardware options. Together we find the balance between energy efficiency and aesthetics and set out a clear price and schedule.

  • Technical drawings and section details
  • Glass, profile and colour alternatives
  • Clear price and schedule

Step 03: Production

The approved project goes into production.

Every profile is cut to size and passes quality control during welding and assembly. Glass and hardware are prepared for the specific system; before dispatch all parts are protectively packed.

  • Precise cutting and welding
  • Quality control at every stage
  • Protective, dispatch-ready packaging

Step 04: Installation

On the planned day, clean and careful.

Our installation team works with respect for your home. The systems are aligned and fixed, sealing tapes and insulation are fitted; before handover we test every opening with you and show you how to operate it.

  • Planned, clean work
  • Insulated, aligned installation
  • Handover test and operating briefing
