2. Overview
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and this privacy policy.
This website is purely informational. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and no advertising networks. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the site and for answering your enquiries.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o. (Warschau, Polen / EU). The provider processes the data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you access the website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version and operating system. This data is not merged with other data sources.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation, security and stability of the website. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period unless they are needed to investigate security incidents.
4. Contact and quote form
If you contact us by email or phone, your details (name, contact data, content of the enquiry) are stored by us for the purpose of handling the enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
Via the quote form on the home page you can send us your name, email address, phone number, a project description and optionally images and PDF documents (e.g. photos of the existing situation or plans). The data is transmitted to our web server in encrypted form (TLS) and forwarded from there by email to our mailbox; it is not stored permanently on the web server. Please upload only files that are necessary for your enquiry and do not contain third-party data.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.
5. Google Maps
In the contact section we offer a map from the Google Maps service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The map is only loaded when you click “Show map”. No data is transferred to Google before that. By clicking you agree that your IP address and, where applicable, further device information is transferred to Google and processed there, including in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may leave the map unused at any time and open our location instead via the “Open in Google Maps” link in a new window. Further information: Google Privacy Policy.
